A considered selection.
Tell us your preferred variety, intended use and quantity. We confirm what can be supplied rather than treating a catalogue photograph or seasonal guide as a promise of stock.
02 / THE PACK
Details before dispatch.
Before accepting an order, agree the fruit specification, net weight, packing format, destination and expected dispatch window. Household, gifting and trade requests may need different arrangements.
03 / THE ARRIVAL
Care continues at home.
Check your fruit and packaging on arrival. Keep the order reference, follow any instructions supplied with the pack, and contact us promptly with photographs when something needs attention.
Clear expectations. Better experiences.
Fruit is seasonal and naturally variable. Tell us about a specific occasion or receiving date when you enquire. Prices, availability, packing, transport charges and any remedies should be confirmed in the agreed order terms. For international requests, destination feasibility and required documentation are reviewed separately.
